Delete your data

How to have everything AdFire holds about you erased, and how to check a request.

If you connected AdFire to Facebook or Instagram

AdFire reads your Meta advertising data through Facebook Login. To remove it:

  1. Open Facebook Settings, Apps and Websites.
  2. Find AdFire in the list and choose Remove.
  3. Tick the box offering to delete the data the app holds, then confirm.

Facebook then notifies us automatically. We delete every campaign, ad set, ad, creative and daily metric we synced from your Meta ad accounts, plus the stored access token, and we give Facebook a confirmation code so you can track it on this page. Nothing about your Meta account is kept, and nothing is shared onward.

If you connected Google Ads

Revoke access at Google Account, Third-party apps and services, then email us at support@adfire.io from the address on your AdFire account to have the synced data erased. Google has no automatic deletion callback, so this step is manual on our side.

To delete your whole AdFire account

Sign in and go to Settings, then the Danger Zone. That erases the entire workspace: both platforms' data, your recommendations, automations, reports, emails and your login. It cannot be undone. You can download a copy of everything first from the same screen.

No account access? Email support@adfire.io from your registered address. We answer erasure requests within 30 days, as GDPR Article 17 requires, and normally within a few working days.

What we keep afterwards, and why

Two things survive an erasure, both because the law requires it rather than because we want them: invoices and payment records, which Austrian and EU tax law obliges us to retain for seven years, and a dated note that a deletion request was made and carried out. That note holds the confirmation code and the number of records removed. It holds no advertising data, no email address and no Facebook identifier.
